Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within two business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. By completing a purchase you agree to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For flat rate shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to USA.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to us you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request for your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS or USPS has marked your package as delivered.


All orders over $150 will require a signature delivery.


I understand that if I neglect to add shipping insurance at checkout that my goods are only protected up to postal services standard $100 protection in the event that my package is lost, stolen or otherwise damaged. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). 

Due to this, we are unable to cancel or edit an order once it's been placed. If something additional is needed asap such as a different size or color, please place a new order for this and return the unwanted items back to us.

WHAT DOES PAYMENT REVIEW MEAN?

If your order has gone into payment review, it means the order may have failed. If money has been taken from your account and you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us as soon as you can.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order may be cancelled if we are unable to verify all the information given at checkout (ex. unverifiable address, payment details).
